Can I request something?

Absolutely! I love it when you make requests, but I suggest you check the tags before you ask, I may have already done the sub you’re looking for. I tag everything with character name, episode name and musical performance. So for example if you’re just looking to browse through everything Sue has said, go to http://gleesubs.tumblr.com/tagged/sue+sylvester. If you are looking for a specific scene, it’s best to check the episode tag for whatever scene you want. So if you want a scene from episode 4 of season 1, go to http://gleesubs.tumblr.com/tagged/preggers.

How do you make your subs?

I have the subtitles downloaded and I screencap the parts that I want. I use VLC Player, which lets you adjust the settings so that when you press one key it will continue to take caps as long as you keep pressing. Then I put the two pictures together in Photoshop, by making a new image which is the same width as the original ones, but twice the height. I copy the two pictures to the new one and move them so they are aligned.
